Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to consulting and advisory services purchased directly from Anaya Fusion unless a signed proposal or statement of work contains different terms.

Before work begins

If you cancel before Anaya Fusion has started work, you may request a refund of amounts paid for services not yet performed, less any non-refundable third-party charges, transaction costs, or expressly identified administrative or reservation fees.

After work begins

Once work has started, fees attributable to time already spent, completed milestones, delivered work product, reserved consulting sessions, and committed third-party costs are non-refundable. If an engagement includes prepaid work that has not yet been performed, any refund or credit for the unused portion will be determined from the written scope, work completed, and committed costs.

Scheduled consultations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a booked consultation. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be treated as used time if the applicable proposal or booking confirmation says so.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email info@anayafusion.com with your name, company name, invoice or engagement reference, and the reason for the request. We will review the request against the applicable written scope and this policy.
